What is the BayREN Home+ Rebate Program?

The BayREN Home+ Rebate Program helps you make home improvements that can save energy and make your home more comfortable. These rebates (ranging from $300 – $5,000) reward you for addressing your home energy efficiency needs piece by piece or as a system. Chaining together individual rebates for home upgrades increases the rebate amount. This rebate program is available for single family and 2-4-unit homeowners and renters in Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, and Sonoma Counties with an active PG&E account. Eligible homes are limited to buildings built in 2001 or earlier.

Thanks to the BayREN Home+ Rebate Program, this doesn’t have to be an issue any longer.

In order to qualify for the $5,000 in offered rebate savings, you must:

  1. Be a PG&E gas or electricity customer
  2. Rent or own a detached home or live in a 2-4 unit building built in 2001 or earlier
  3. Have Hassler asses your home, provide you a proposal, and reserve your incentive

After you have received your proposal for recommended upgrades, Hassler will then schedule a convenient time to complete the following qualifying home performance upgrades:
